Please reschedule the lessons in advance, and also take into account the vacation period and other important days when purchasing a subscription. Cancellation or postponement of lessons must take place no later than 3 p.m. sharp (Moscow time UTC+3) the day before the scheduled lesson (the earlier the better). In this case, the cancellation will not be charged and the postponement will be effective and free of charge. Therefore, a lesson canceled after 3 p.m. sharp (Moscow time UTC+3) the day before the scheduled lesson will be considered 100% complete. A request to postpone a lesson sent after 3 p.m. (Moscow time UTC+3) the day before the scheduled lesson cannot be taken into account. In case of no-show, the lesson will be considered 100% complete. Canceling a scheduled lesson does not imply a refund for the lesson, but means the opportunity to reschedule it before the end of the monthly subscription. Repeated cancellations may result in the teacher refusing to interact with the student in the future.
